Clare County Council intends to submit a planning application to An Bord Pleanála for the Project accompanied by an Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR). As part of the preparation of the EIAR, Clare County Council has prepared a Scoping Report. It is available to view under Consultations. 

All consultation received as part of this scoping process will be considered in the preparation of the EIAR to accompany the planning application.
